Keyword Density Analyzer

Keyword Density

When a search engine looks at your website it scans for words and phrases input by a person doing a search query. The density of certain keywords, related to the initial search query, is evaluated for relevance to the search terms used. In short they read your webpages and look for keyword matches.

As a webmaster your task is to find out what search terms (i.e. keywords) you want your prospective visitors to use to find your website. Of course you want to attract visitors who are interested in your topic and/or content. To do this you will need to know the actual keyword density of your webpages. What words are the search engines seeing when they spider your site?

Keyword Density Analyzer

This tool will show you the density of various keywords on your webpages. By examining the results it will become obvious what words are standing out from the others. Now you can fine tune your webpage content to emphasize the keywords you want the search engines to see.

Enter the URL of whatever webpage you wish to analyze and the results will be displayed for you. You might be surprised at what you will see.

Shaping your content to emphasize keywords

When you are writing content for your website be sure to include as many keywords as necessary to showcase your topic. But, don't let your quest for keyword density corrupt your content. After all the optimum goal of any serious webmaster is to provide content of good quality and visitor appeal.

Never sacrifice good quality content for the sake of search engine optimization. All the traffic in the world will not help your website to flourish if it is lacking in quality content. Remember, the natural flow of an idea will provide its own keyword density. All you need to do is refine it.
